Seat allotment in bus will be given on First Come First Serve basis.
Seat allotment in Chardham and Dodham will be allotted according to the health conditions of the individual.
CHARGES FOR CHILDREN
Children of 3 to 6 years - 50% of the fare without seat
Children of 3 to 6 years - 80% of the fare with seat
Children of 5 to 11 years - 80% of the fare with seat
OTHERS
For tour involving train journey, seats to be booked 120 days prior to departure.
Tour timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently it may be revised at any time during the tour, with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion.
Bus will be arranged according to the size of the group and passengers will be informed before departure.
We reserve the right to change, alter or cancel any tour for the reason beyond control of the management.
Flight and Train tickets are booked according to the name and age given by the passenger at the time of booking. Management is not responsible if you cannot produce the ID Proof.
Passengers travelling by flight are requested to join the group as scheduled on the commencement day. In case of delay you are requested to join the group at the next destination at your own cost.
Sanctioning of LTC/LFC will be the whole discretion of the institution you claim.
All the fares mentioned are subject to change without notice.

Persons travelling with major health ailments are requested to inform the office before booking and are suggested to bring an escort along with them during the tour.
The final confirmation of the schedule tour will be given only one month prior to the departure.
For all Train Travel, Sleeper class tickets will be booked.

RESERVATION
Confirm your booking by paying advance of 50% of tour fare which will be considered as INITIAL ADVANCE.
Remaining amount should be paid before 30 days of tour commencement.
The person having wait listed and RAC ticket will have to make their own arrangements.
CANCELLATION
Initial Advance amount paid WILL NOT BE REFUNDED in case the tour is cancelled by the tourist.
If you have paid the full and final amount the refund will be as follows.
I. Before 15 days, 50% refund excluding departure date.
II. 7 - 14 days, 25% excluding departure date.
III. 1 - 6 days, No refund.
In case of flight cancellation, refundable amount will depend on the Airlines policy.
Flight / Helicopter cancellation due to any unavoidable circumstances in yatras, is non-refundable. In such case vehicle arrangements will be made for the same cost.
Interested yatris will travel through road journey to Muktinath subject to a minimum of 6 pax travelling together. During the road journey to Muktinath, the distance between Beni to Jomsom va Ghasa is 90 kms is country road is full of nature, the Jomsom to Muktinath and back journey will be arranged by using local jeep minimum of 12 passengers travelling together.
Helicopter services for Amarnath, Vaishnodevi, Kedarnath tickets booking will be done through local booking agents by Bhageerathi Travels on the request of the tourists. If due to any unforced conditions like bad weather / poor visibility / technical problem, etc, whatever the actual refund made by helicopter companies to the local agents and whatever the basic fare of the helicopter ticket will be refunded to tourist when we receive the money from the local agents. The company is not going to compensate any consequential losses occurred.
Bhageerathi Travels reserves the right to alter, amend and cancel the date, time cost and itinerary without assigning any reason. If the tour is cancelled from our end all amount paid by you will be refunded in full (cheque only). But the travels is not going to compensate for the consequential loss suffered like flight, train or others.
If the tour is discontinued by political reason such as war, riot, bundh, etc. / natural calamities like cyclone, earth quake, land slide, snow fall, damage of road / bridge, flood, death, theft or breakdown of vehicle, misconnection of train / flight, darshan of temples / shrines any sight seeing spots the tourist have to bear the losses. Bhageerathi Travels is not going to compensate it.
If the tourist refused to utilise the food and services provided by the organisation and missed the sight seeing program or discontinue the tour due to some personal reasons, he will not be entitled to claim the amount for unutilized services.
If the tour cancelled before its commencement due to some unavoidable causes such as flood, earthquake, riots, cancellation of trains and flights on the schedule date, the travels is not responsible for the consequential losses. The tourist has to bear all losses and not entitled to ask money refund. They have to replan the future date of the same tour which will be held by the travels.
