Itinerary
Arrival Ahmedabad by Flight or Train, upon Arrival at Ahmedabad, Transfer to Hotel Fresh up Breakfast and Proceed to Bhuj and halt.
After Breakfast proceed to Kalo Dungar, Kalo Dungar or Black Hill is the highest point in Kutch, White Sand Desert, Evening Cultural event and Dinner at Desert Ten drive back to Bhuj and Night Halt.
After Breakfast Visit Parah Mahal, Anila Mahal, and Proceed to Ahmedabad and Halt.
After Breakfast Visit Local Sightseeing- Shabarmati Ashram, Vaishnodevi Mandir, Balaji Temple, Adlaj Step well after lunch proceed to Gandhinagar, Kankaria Lake and and Night Halt at Ahmedabad.
Early Morning, proceed to Mathrugaya, reach by 8 am Pitrukarma Acharane at Mathru Gaya Kshetra on the banks of Kapila Tirtha, and later proceed to Rani ka va and Visit Akshardham Temple.in Gandhinagar and proceed to Ahmedabad and Night Halt.

After Breakfast Proceed to Somnath, enroute Visit Porbandhar - Sudhama Ashram, birth place of Mahatma Gandhi and Visit Jambuvan Guha – Place where Lord Krishna and Jamuvanth fought, later reach Somnath by evening and visit Sri Somnath Temple one of the Jyotirlinga Temple, witness the evening Aarthi, Light and Sound Show, Balka Tirth Temple and Night Halt.
After Breakfast Proceed to Bhavnagar (Koliyak Dist) and Visit Nishkalank Mahadev Temple situated in the middle of sea, and Night halt at Bhavnagar.
After Breakfast proceed to Dakor - Visit Sri Ranchodji Mandir (Sri Krishna) one of the Pancha Dwarka Temple (Optional) and proceed to Vadodara and Night halt.
After Breakfast proceed to Kevadia and Visit Statue of Unity and back to Vadodara and Board Flight / Train to reach bangalore

Tour Informations
Important Notes:
➢ Advance Amount of Rs. 20,000/- per Head as Initial Tour Advance.
➢ Standard Cancellation Policy applies for more details refer Tour Boucher.
➢ 3 Days Bhuj Sector will be conducted on Customized tour Format, where all services
remain the same, except meals will be organized at good vegetarian restaurants.
➢ Prices are subject to change, and the final itinerary will be provided upon confirmation
of the tour.
➢ Flight tickets will be booked after final confirmation of the tour program.
➢ This is Tentative Itinerary; Final Itinerary will be given later.
➢ Tour Confirmation: The tour will be confirmed once the minimum number of
passengers have booked. If the required number of bookings is not reached, the tour
may be cancelled or rescheduled.
➢ Peak Season Supplement will apply For Deepawali and from 20th December to 5th
January Every year.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- It takes 15 Working Days for the Refund to reflect in Customer Account.
- Initial Advance amount paid WILL NOT BE REFUNDED in case the tour is cancelled by the tourist.
- If you have paid the full and final amount the refund will be as follows.
- 80% Refund: For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the tour departure date.
- 70% Refund: For cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to the tour departure date.
- 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the tour departure date.
- No Refund (100% of tour cost charged): For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the tour departure date.
In case of flight cancellation, refundable amount will depend on the Airlines policy.
- Flight/ Helicopter cancellation due to any unavoidable circumstances in Muktinath Yatra, is non-refundable. In such case vehicle arrangements will be made for the same cost. Interested yatris will travel through road journey to Muktinath subject to a minimum of6pax travelling together. During the road journey to Muktinath, the distance between Beni to Jomsom va Ghasa is 90kms is country road is full of nature, the Jomsom to Muktinath and back journey will be arranged by using local jeep minimum of 12 passengers travelling together.
- Helicopter services for Amarnath, Vaishnodevi, Kedarnath tickets booking will be done through local booking agents by Bhageerathi Travels on the request of the tourists. If due to any unforced conditions like bad weather I poor visibility/technical problem, etc, whatever the actual refund made by helicopter companies to the local agents and whatever the basic fare of the helicopter ticket will be refunded to tourist when we receive the money from the local agents. The company is not going to compensate any consequential losses occurred.
- Bhageerathi Travels reserves the right to alter, amend and cancel the date, time cost and itinerary without assigning any reason. If the tour is cancelled from our end all amount paid by you will be refunded in full (cheque only). But the travels is not going to compensate for the consequential loss suffered like flight, train or others.
- If the tour is discontinued by political reason such as war, riot, bundh, etc. / natural calamities like cyclone, earth quake, land slide, snow fall, damage of road/ bridge, flood, death, theft or breakdown of vehicle , misconnection of train/ flight, darshan of temples/ shrines any sight seeing spots the tourist have to bear the losses. Bhageerathi Travels is not going to compensate ii.
- If the tourist refused to utilise the food and services provided by the organisation and missed the sight seeing program or discontinue the tour due to some personal reasons, he will not be entitled to claim the amount for unutilized services.
- If the tour cancelled before its commencement due to some unavoidable causes such as flood, earthquake, riots, cancellation of trains and flights on the schedule date, the travels is not responsible for the consequential losses. The tourist has to bear all losses and not entitled to ask money refund. They have to replan the future date of the same tour which will be held by the travels.
