Tour Overview
Itinerary
Arrival at Srinagar. Upon arrival, enjoy a Shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake, admired for its scenic beauty and often compared to Venice. Enjoy views of the surroundings around the lake. Overnight stay at Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed to Sonamarg. Upon arrival, visit Zero Point and Zoji La and later proceed to baltal & halt
Proceed to Baltal for trekking or to Neelgrath to board the helicopter for Amarnath Darshan. Helicopter passengers will board from Neelgrath Helipad and land at Panchatarini, from where a trek/pony/palki of about 6 km is required to reach the Sri Amarnath Ji Shrine. After darshan, return to Sonamarg for night halt. Passengers opting for trekking will trek 18 km one way to the Sri Amarnath Ji Shrine and return to Baltal for night halt.
Proceed to Srinagar sightseeing. Visit Mughal Garden, Chashme Shahi, Shankaracharya Temple, Nishat Garden, and Dal Lake. Night halt at Srinagar.
After breakfast, proceed to Katra. Night halt at Katra.
After breakfast, proceed to Banganga to start the trek to Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine by hotel cab. The trek distance is 13 km one way. Pithoo, pony, and palki services are available at additional cost. Yatra slip is mandatory to begin the yatra. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Katra.
Early morning departure from Katra by 5:00 AM to Amritsar. Proceed to Wagah Border to witness the evening retreat ceremony. Return to Amritsar for night halt.
After breakfast, visit Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and Durgiana Mandir. Later, board flight or train to your destination.

toilets, Tent Stay at Panchatarini or Baltal.

Restaurant Arrangements: Vegetarian food will be arranged at good restaurants
where we cannot serve our own food.

Tour Informations
NOTE
• Initial Tour Advance : Rs. 15,000/-
• Tent Accommodation: Tent accommodations in Baltal / Panchatarini for at least one
night are compulsory.
• Food Arrangements: Food in Panchatarini and Baltal will be provided in Langarh.
• Tour Fare Changes: Tour fares are subject to change.
• Final Itinerary: The final itinerary will be provided once the tour is confirmed.
• Flight Booking: Flight tickets will only be booked after the final confirmation of the tour
program.
• Medical Certificates: Passengers traveling to Amarnath must obtain medical
certificates from Government doctors.
• Helicopter Cancellations: In case of helicopter cancellations due to weather
conditions, the printed fare on the ticket will be refunded by the aviation company
within 15 days.
• Buffer Day for Amarnath Darshan: The itinerary includes a one-day buffer for the
Amarnath Darshan. Beyond this buffer, we do not take responsibility for any flight
reschedules, extra stays, or additional food expenses.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- It takes 15 Working Days for the Refund to reflect in Customer Account.
- Initial Advance amount paid WILL NOT BE REFUNDED in case the tour is cancelled by the tourist.
- If you have paid the full and final amount the refund will be as follows.
- 80% Refund: For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the tour departure date.
- 70% Refund: For cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to the tour departure date.
- 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the tour departure date.
- No Refund (100% of tour cost charged): For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the tour departure date.
In case of flight cancellation, refundable amount will depend on the Airlines policy.
- Flight/ Helicopter cancellation due to any unavoidable circumstances in Muktinath Yatra, is non-refundable. In such case vehicle arrangements will be made for the same cost. Interested yatris will travel through road journey to Muktinath subject to a minimum of6pax travelling together. During the road journey to Muktinath, the distance between Beni to Jomsom va Ghasa is 90kms is country road is full of nature, the Jomsom to Muktinath and back journey will be arranged by using local jeep minimum of 12 passengers travelling together.
- Helicopter services for Amarnath, Vaishnodevi, Kedarnath tickets booking will be done through local booking agents by Bhageerathi Travels on the request of the tourists. If due to any unforced conditions like bad weather I poor visibility/technical problem, etc, whatever the actual refund made by helicopter companies to the local agents and whatever the basic fare of the helicopter ticket will be refunded to tourist when we receive the money from the local agents. The company is not going to compensate any consequential losses occurred.
- Bhageerathi Travels reserves the right to alter, amend and cancel the date, time cost and itinerary without assigning any reason. If the tour is cancelled from our end all amount paid by you will be refunded in full (cheque only). But the travels is not going to compensate for the consequential loss suffered like flight, train or others.
- If the tour is discontinued by political reason such as war, riot, bundh, etc. / natural calamities like cyclone, earth quake, land slide, snow fall, damage of road/ bridge, flood, death, theft or breakdown of vehicle , misconnection of train/ flight, darshan of temples/ shrines any sight seeing spots the tourist have to bear the losses. Bhageerathi Travels is not going to compensate ii.
- If the tourist refused to utilise the food and services provided by the organisation and missed the sight seeing program or discontinue the tour due to some personal reasons, he will not be entitled to claim the amount for unutilized services.
- If the tour cancelled before its commencement due to some unavoidable causes such as flood, earthquake, riots, cancellation of trains and flights on the schedule date, the travels is not responsible for the consequential losses. The tourist has to bear all losses and not entitled to ask money refund. They have to replan the future date of the same tour which will be held by the travels.
